Why REV-ER-UP is different: Science/Technology  vs  snake oil

Effective lubrication has been a concern of makers and users of mechanical equipment ever since animal fats were used to grease the axles of wagon wheels. As machines became more complicated and the automobile replaced the wagon so did the demands on lubricants increase. The oils themselves became more refined and additives used to fortify the oil became more sophisticated. However, since the 1970's, there have not been any new breakthroughs in lubricant technology, or engine conditioning via additives/lubricants. Now in the new millennium we have the invention and development of REV-ER-UP engine metal conditioner.

REV-ER-UP is not an oil additive or supplement in the conventional sense. However, it imparts to any given engine performance and goes well beyond that which is available with lubricants specified by the manufacturer (OEM). REV-ER-UP actually enhances the performance of a given engine beyond that for which it was designed. REV-ER-UP is a revolutionary inorganic complex (PhosfamidTM) with properties that dramatically enhances the performance of the internal combustion engine, creates a conversion surface that reduces friction, improves horsepower and compression, dissipates heat from the cylinder walls, reduces emissions, reduces engine metal wear.

Discovery of a New Microplating Process:

REV-ER-UP has discovered a process of depositing a phosphate/organic molybdenum surface in a very thin molecular layer (less than a micron) onto metals using petroleum based motor oil or synthetic motor oil in the engine as the medium for transporting these proprietary plating fluids. This is a revolutionary new process in electroplating metal.

Current Electroplating Technology:

Current electroplating technology requires that the metal being plated is completely clean-oil and soil free. Normally, all ions going into solution are positively charged. They are cations. When DC power is run through the anode, electrons are pushed onto the molecules in solution. They are then a negative ion or anion. They are attracted to and electroplated to the cathode (your internal engine metal). In REV-ER-UP's new microplating process, no external electromotive force (EMF) is used. The anode is, phosphate metal ions , which by nature are negatively charged.

How the New Technology Works:

REV-ER-UP has discovered how to change a cation to an anion in solution and maintain it. REV-ER-UP is a solution of ions (anions). Internal metal engine parts act as the cathode. REV-ER-UP deposits Phosphate onto the cathodic metal forming an ionic phosphate/organic molybdenum surface.

Phosphate

Phosphate has been used since the 1860s when it was used for corrosion proofing of corset stays. Phosphates form an iron-phosphate surface. Phosphate reduces friction and corrosion, and is used as a paint base for car bodies, valves, and other similar metal painting applications.

Reduces Carbon Build-Up

REV-ER-UP has a detergency effect, cleaning engines, especially older, carbon and sludge filled ones. REV-ER-UP removes carbon build-up around cylinder rings. freeing the rings up to do the job their intended to do. From the time REV-ER-UP is applied to an engine, it virtually eliminates additional carbon and sludge build-up, allowing old parts to do their job.

Increases: Compression, Combustion, Torque, and Horsepower

REV-ER-UP's Phosphate surface improves the seals around piston rings and valves, producing higher compression, additional horsepower and torque and improved fuel economy. Higher compression reduces the amount of engine oil, which is burned, lowering hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide emissions. furthermore once the conversion of the metal is complete, a considerable amount of your engine's power robbing friction is eliminated. In fact, In a pin-on-disk machine study funded by "CAMP" (Cleveland Advanced Manufacturing Program) it was determined the active ingredient of REV-ER-UP (PHOSFAMID) Reduced the coefficient of friction on metal surfaces from 0.6 to 0.07 or, an 85% reduction in surface friction.

The ASTM Timken Bearing Test:

In the Timken Bearing Test (TBT), typical engine oil will hold about 3000 psi. Engine oil, with an additive like Teflon (PTFE), will hold about 4300 psi in the TBT. REV-ER-UP, when the microplating is completed, will hold more than 500,000 psi.  As you can see in the text below, the advanced technology of PHOSFAMID delivers impressive results. REV-ER-UP is a new approach in automotive lubrication, it conditions, enhances and protects your engine's metal surfaces.  When compared to other products, the technology of REV-ER-UP is in a league of it's own, not one product tested was even close to the results delivered by REV-ER-UP. The Timken bearing testing shows a clear dominance in the science of automotive additives.

TIMKEN BEARING RESULTS: DETAILED (CLICK HERE)

Race teams spend thousands of dollars per engine to increase horsepower for better performance. The addition of 5 or 10 horsepower to an engine is, in many cases, the difference between a winning race and being an also ran. To accomplish any increase in horsepower engines are disassembled then may be chrome plated, or be ceramic lined, or have other type of metallic surfaces applied to moving parts to reduce friction. Such treatments are very expensive and can cost thousands of dollars for the  treatment. REV-ER-UP plates your engine without disassembling, and in most cases have very similar if not more impressive results.
